Account credit can be used towards any purchase on Kogan.com, with the exclusion of gift cards.
When account credit is issued to you, you will be notified via email. Click the link in your email to activate the credit and to log into your account. Please note, if you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
Once your credit has been activated in your Kogan.com account, you will see the amount displayed in the Credits section of your Customer Dashboard:
It will also be displayed when you're viewing your Kogan.com shopping cart
Credits will then be available to apply as a Payment Option at checkout. Click on the APPLY Button next to the credit you wish to apply to the order.
Then, confirm by clicking the APPLY CREDIT button:
If there is any remainder to pay, you will have the option of using a different payment method.
If the credit covers the cost of the entire order, all you have to do is click Confirm & Pay.
