We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to change your order once it's been placed.
If changes need to be made to your order such as removing an item or updating the delivery address, please visit your Kogan.com Order History and select your order from there.
In the case that you are still able to make changes to your order the options will appear as below:
We're unable to make changes to a product already purchased, so if you've made an error in color or size, please cancel your entire order in your Account Dashboard using the Cancel Order button, and make a new purchase.
You'll need to act fast, as once your order is processed and sent to our warehouse the 'Change Address' or 'Cancel Order' buttons will disappear, meaning that your order has progressed too far along to be changed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, and it will also appear in your Kogan.com Account.
If you do not wish to keep the item, check our Change of Mind Policy if the item is eligible for return.
Please note, this would also be applicable if you purchased the wrong item and would like to amend it.
Please do not return your item prior to contacting our team and receiving a Return Authorisation number and label, as your item may not return to the correct location and may not be processed correctly.
