Some of our TVs have a master power switch and come out of the factory with this switch set to 'OFF'.
The hard power switch for KALED40XXXZB model TVs is located on the back of the unit near the lower-left mounting screw, as shown below:
Please ensure that you have this switched to 'ON' before attempting to turn your TV on again.
If this does not resolve your issue, please perform a power cycle on your TV by following the instructions below:
1. Unplug it from the main power socket and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
3. Connect it back to the power and turn it on.
This will complete the power cycle process.
