If you cannot remember the password to your Kogan.com account, you can follow these steps to reset it.
Click on the 'Sign In or Sign Up' button in the top right-hand corner of any Kogan.com webpage.
Click on 'Forgotten Password?' and fill in the relevant email address.
An email will be sent to your address. Follow the prompts and you will be able to set a new password.
Please note: If you have signed up via Paypal or Google, please click 'continue with' and the appropriate method as the forgotten password will only work if you have originally signed up via email.
If you cannot remember which email you have used, we also send confirmation by email when an order is placed, so you can look for previous orders placed.
If you are not receiving the password reset email you may not have set it yet, or might not even have an account!
Try searching your inbox for the verification email to set up your account, or just hit Sign up.
