You should generally receive your voucher in your email inbox within an hour or two, often sooner.

If you've checked your email and your spam folder, and still can't find it, then please check your order history (see instructions below).
2: Your Kogan Mobile voucher is accessible in your Order History
Your voucher code is also displayed in the Order History section of your account dashboard.

If you still cannot access your voucher code using either of the above methods, please submit an enquiry to our customer service team here.
If you are waiting for your SIM card to arrive, please note that it can take up to 14 days for it to be delivered with regular mail.
If your SIM has not arrived within this period, please get in contact with our customer service team here, and they will arrange a replacement ASAP.
