Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
This will provide you with a tracking number and the courier information.
Please note: many items have varying dispatch timeframes. Please double check the listing for your item to confirm the dispatch timeframe prior to lodging an enquiry.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, the fastest way to get assistance is to contact your carrier directly and quote the tracking number (if available) to receive more detailed information about the delivery process.
You can log into your account here to view the latest tracking updates on your order and also find the carrier's contact number.
Your dispatch confirmation email will also have these details.
If you will not be available on the day of delivery some couriers may be able to assist you with redirecting your delivery, or you can provide permission to deliver without a signature (for applicable items).
Please note: the timeframes outlined on our Shipping Guide are estimates only and can be affected by circumstances outside of the courier's control such as extreme weather, heavy road congestion and holiday periods. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
