Our couriers usually deliver orders between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday, they don't operate over the weekend or on Public Holidays.
If you've ordered a larger item, such as a large TV or an item of furniture, a calling card will be left by the courier with instructions on how you can pick up your order or arrange a new delivery date.
Some smaller parcels will be delivered without a signature and will be left in a safe place, but others may be directed to your local post office if you're not available to sign for a package.
If you will not be available to sign for a larger delivery, you may leave a written 'Authority To Leave' for the courier, granting permission for the goods to be left without a signature if no one is home. Please bear in mind, however, that providing Authority To Leave will waive any delivery protection and you would need to follow up directly with the courier for assistance if anything were to happen to the unattended package.
Please note that 'Authority To Leave' is not available for some larger products, such as white goods.
Please also note that failure to collect your package from the courier may result in the item being returned to us, which can incur a re-delivery or re-stocking fee.
