A: Kogan.com eGift Cards can be purchased online at the Kogan eGift Card Website: giftcards.kogan.com.
The eGift Card will then be delivered via email to the nominated email address.
Please note: eGift cards are not currently available to customers in NSW. You can, however, find physical Kogan.com gift cards in any Woolworths store in NSW that sells gift cards.
Q: How can I purchase a Kogan.com eGift Card?
A: To purchase a Kogan.com eGift Card, you must have a valid Australian credit, debit or a pre-paid card.
Please make sure recipient details are filled correctly before completing the order.
Please note, the eGift Card will be sent to the recipient email address and not necessarily the purchaser.
Q: How quickly will the Kogan.com eGift Card be sent?
A: Most Kogan.com eGift Cards are delivered within 5 minutes. However, please note that delivery of some orders placed after 5pm AEST on a weekday may be delayed by up to 24 hours. Delivery of some orders placed after 3pm AEST on a Friday may be delayed by up to 72 hours.
If your Kogan.com eGift Card order is not delivered to your email account within 74 hours after purchase, please email email@example.com.

A: Due to the nature of Kogan.com eGift Cards, they are non-refundable.
Q: Are Kogan.com eGift card exchangeable with plastic gift cards?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an eGift Card for a physical one.

A: Follow these easy steps to redeem your Kogan.com eGift Card:
- When you receive the eGift Card email, click the link to view the eGift Card
- In an internet browser, head to the Kogan.com Gift Cards page here
- Click 'Redeem Here'
- You will then be prompted to Sign In to your Kogan.com account. If you donâ€™t already have a Kogan.com account, no worries. Itâ€™s free to join and you can register with your email address, Facebook login, Google+, or PayPal
- Once signed in, input the PIN number as it appears on your Kogan.com eGift Card. Presto! Your Kogan.com eGift Card value will be moved to your Kogan.com account, ready to be used on your next Kogan.com purchase.
