Operation

Connection

1. To enter pairing mode, press and hold multifunction button (MFB) for 2 seconds until it powers on. It will enter pairing mode automatically after 5 seconds. The LED indicator will flashes blue and red alternately. (If there is no Bluetooth connection found, the headphones will power off automatically after 5 minutes.)
   
2. Activate Bluetooth on your device and set it to search for new devices.
   iPhone Settings > Bluetooth > On
   Android Settings > Bluetooth: On > Scan for devices
   NOTE: Menus may vary by device
3. Select “NB-10”
   If necessary, enter four zeros (0000) as a passcode or confirm the prompt to accept connection.
   Once successfully paired, the headphone LED indicator will flash blue.
   Note: You can establish a Bluetooth connection to a second device, but audio will only play on one.

• NFC Connection: Open NFC function on your phone and place the phone back against the headphones. Accept the NFC pairing prompt on your phone to establish the Bluetooth connection.
• TWS Pairing: Press “Volume up” button and “Volume down” button at the same time for 3 seconds to enter into TWS paring mode: the indicator will blink red and blue alternately. Repeat this on another pair of headphones and the two devices will be connected. Press “Volume up” button and “Volume down” button for 3 seconds again to close the TWS mode. This function enables two headset devices with TWS function play same studio from one sound source.
• Wired connection: Use the included audio cable to connect. (Bluetooth will turn off automatically and battery, buttons, ANC and microphone will stop working.

 

Noise Cancellation

Press the ANC button on the right of the headphones to activate the noise cancellation: The LED indicator will turn green. Press the ANC button again to turn noise cancellation off.

 

Charging

1. Wired Charging: Connect a Micro USB cable into headphone charging port and connect the other side to USB wall adapter or computer USB port. The LED indicator will turn red while charging and blue when fully charged. (The headphones will reminds you when battery is low every 15 minutes when the charge level is below 10%)
2. Wireless Charging: The included wireless charging stand works with your headphones and phone to provide a convenient, hands-free, safe wireless charging experience.

 

Headphone Charging Instructions

• Connect power supply to charging stand
• Place headphones on Qi charging zone on stand. The LED indicator will turn red while charging and blue when fully charged.
• Wireless charging will stop at 70% battery capacity due to circuit protection.

 

Phone Charging Instructions

• The stand has a built-in Qi standard wireless charging transmitter. All you need to do is place the phone device on the charging zone as indicated below:

• The indicator will turn blue while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Compatible Devices:

1. Phones with built-in Qi wireless charging receiver, such as: Samsung Galaxy S8, S7, S6, LG G5, Nexus 6, Nexus 5, Nexus 4.
2. Phones with wireless charging port which can accept a receiver coil, such as: Samsung S5, S4, S3 Note4, etc.
3. Phones requiring wireless charging case, such as: iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPhone 6 / Plus, etc. (Note: the receiving device needs conform to the Qi standard)

Maintenance

• Do not use non-original accessories, because they may cause performance degradation, user damage, electrical short circuit and void warranty.
• Do not disassemble the device by yourself.
• Do not use in a dusty environment.
• Do not allow children under 3 years to play with the headphones.
• Do not place the product in very hot or cold environments.
• Clean headphones with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
• Store carefully when not in use, for example in the original packaging.

 

Battery Maintenance

• If the internal battery needs to be replaced, contact Kogan.com.
• Only charge the battery within 10 and 45^oC.
• Charge at least once per month
• Battery usage time and standby time are vary according to usage and provided times are for reference only.

Troubleshooting
