It is normal for a fridge or freezer to make noises when the refrigerant coolant is being circulated. Refrigerants circulating in the lines will produce sounds intermittently which is normal and impede the cooling effect. The compressor may also produce buzzes during operation, and typically upon start or stop. This is normal as well.
If the noise appears to be abnormal, please check the following:
- Is the floor level and is the unit placed on a stable platform?
- Are the levelling feet adjusted correctly?
Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team for any further assistance should the issue still persist.
