The common reason for leaks from around the door is due to the door seal being compromised. Door seals can get food or broken dish particles on the sides and bottom of the door seal. Inspect the seal for cracks and tears and clean the seal to remove any food particles.

Check The Inside Of The Door
There may be a leak from your dishwasher if the door has not been closed properly, inspect the door latch for any damage and ensure that the door gets closed tight.
Check around the edges of the doors for any loose or missing screws where water can enter and tighten them with a screwdriver.
Remember To Check Other Connections
When you identify a leak it is important to find the source of the leak to determine the issue, where the water is pooling may not be the source of the leak. For small leaks inspect the back of the dishwasher for leaks from the inlet or drainage pipes, ensure they are fixed in place and are tightly screwed in place.
Please Note: For major leaks, the dishwasher should be turned off immediately for safety if it is safe to do so. Major leaks should be investigated by a professional please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
