People Can't Hear Me When I Use My AirPods On The Phone

If your friends can't hear you when you make a call using your Airpods, but they can hear you when you use your phone, these steps should resolve the issue:

1. If using an Apple device, ensure the AirPods are set as the current audio device:
   • Switch your AirPods to another device
2. Try to reset your AirPods, using the steps in the Apple Support centre:
   • How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
3. Reset your phone's network settings as well:
   • If you have an Apple phone, follow the steps below. 
     • Reset your Network Settings
   • If you have an Android, consult your phone's user guide.
4. If the steps above have not rectified the issue, also try completely resetting your phone. To do this, follow these steps:

     • How to factory reset your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
   • If you have an Android, consult your phone's user guide.
