In some cases, you may find that clothes do not come out of the dryer completely dry.
This issue can be caused by a number of factors. Below please see some troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:
- Check that there aren’t any obstructions in the way that may prevent the door from fully closing.
- Make sure that you’re not overloading the dryer with too many items of clothing at once, which will simply lead to items not coming out in a sufficiently dried state.
- Ensure that damp fabrics are going into the dryer directly from your washing machine rather than soaking wet, dripping fabrics. Please consult a professional if clothes are soaking wet at the completion of a wash cycle as this is a washing machine-related issue.
- Adding extra spin cycles to your washing machine where possible.
- Select a different program the next time you dry. Refer to the user manual for extra information on what each program is capable of delivering.
