Your model number or product code is a specific identification code for your product. You may want to locate it to search for Firmware Updates or specific troubleshooting in the Kogan Help Centre.
If you have purchased a product recently, you can find your product code by logging into your Kogan.com Account, and clicking on your Order History.
Within order history, find the order that contains your item. Please note only one item is previewed per order on the Order History page. Click “View” to open your order.
From here you should click on the relevant product's name, which will take you through to the product's homepage.
The product code will be listed at the bottom of this page.
Please note that if the product was purchased some time ago, the listing may no longer be active and the code can not be found using this method.
Product codes for Kogan products, and Kogan Exclusive Brand products, can also be found on the product itself.
You can find your TV’s product number on the sticker on the rear of your TV:
In the example above, the product code is KALED40QF7000SKA.
You can find your laptop’s product number on the sticker on the underside of the laptop:
In the example above, the product codes are KALAP13C300VA and KALAP13SZA respectively.
Most Kogan items have a small sticker somewhere on the product that has the product code or model number:
Alternatively, items will arrive with a label attached on the item packaging if you still have this available.

Non-Kogan branded products feature different product codes and may or may not be on the product itself. If you are unable to find the product code using your account as outlined at the start of this page, please contact our Customer Service Team.
