If you are not able to see your order in your Order History, please attempt to add the order to your account using these steps.
If you are still unable to locate your order, check the label with the product details, usually on the back of the item. Examples of this label can be found in the images below. The label contains the model number which can be entered into the Help Centre.

Please note: the label may also contain the serial number, which typically contains 4 digits at the end. The serial number is specific to your individual item, so searching it in the Help Centre will not return any results, you must search the model number.
