In order to protect your Robot Vacuum during transit, it is shipped with white foam blocks attached to the exterior. These do not have any purpose once the vacuum has arrived, and will hinder the sensors within the vacuum.
Before turning on the device, ensure the blocks have been removed, otherwise, the vacuum may not work, or may function erratically.
