To perform a power cycle on your TV, please follow the instructions below:
1. Unplug it from the main power socket and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. Press and hold the power button (if your tv has one) for 5 seconds. If your TV does not have a power button, please skip this step.
3. Connect the TV back to the power and turn it on.
This will complete the power cycle process.
If your TV has a power button, it will be located either next to the power cable on the back of the TV, in the bottom right-hand corner of the TV or under the right-hand side speaker.
