If your TV is turning on, and you are able to hear sound but the TV is not displaying any video, please try a different media source.
For example, if you are using a DVD player, try using Digital TV.
If this has not rectified the issue, ensure that the backlight of your TV is turning on.
When trying to turn the TV on, you may notice a slight glow coming from the screen even if it doesn't produce any colours or white light.
If you aren't able to notice any change when turning the unit on, this would indicate the backlight is not illuminating.
